Chicken and tangy pasta salad
- 1 Bag small pasta
- 1 Green/red/yellow pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup tomato sauce
- ½ Cup vinegar
- ½ Cup oil
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tablespoons medium curry powder
- A dash of chilli Sauce
- Pepper to taste
- One roast chicken (shop bought is easiest)
Cook pasta in salt water until al dente and drain when cooked.
Dice green pepper & onion into small pieces, and then add it to the cooked pasta.
Mix all the other ingredients to make the sauce and mix thoroughly into the pasta.
Serve with cooked chicken pieces.
