Mom’s Roasted Chicken Pieces


Veggies: Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower, Butternut

125ml Olive Oil
125ml Chicken Stock
Parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Barbeque Spice
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Rajah Medium Curry Powder
+- 10 chicken pieces



1. Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces.
2. Bake for 45 minutes on 190°C.
3. Serve with white basmati rice and sambals.
