Spicy Chicken Livers


500g Chicken Livers

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Medium Onion

2 teaspoons Rajah All-in-One



  1. Remove livers to a bowl. 

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 

  3. Stir in onion, and cook until tender (approximately 7 minutes).

  4. Increase heat to medium-high, and stir in chicken livers.
