Spicy Pumpkin Pies


1 Tablespoon of Oil

1 Onion, finely chopped

3 Fresh Curry Leaves

1 Tablespoon Mustard seeds

2 teaspoons Rajah Flavourful & Mild Curry Powder

1\2 teaspoon Chili Powder

350g Pumpkin (Peeled and Diced)

1\2 Cup Frozen Peas

3\4 Cup Chicken Stock

1 Ready Rolled Puff Pastry

1 Egg, lightly beaten to brush



  1. Heat oil
  2. Sauté onions
  3. Add mustard seed and curry leaves
  4. Add Rajah Mild Curry Powder and Chili Powder
  5. Add pumpkin and peas
  6. Add chicken stock
  7. Cook until done
  8. Allow to Cool
  9. Fill pastry rounds and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden
  10. Enjoy
