Ingredients
- 30 ml (2tbsp) oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 250 g cubed potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 carrots cubed in small pieces
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Rajah curry powder, mild & spicy
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Rajah curry powder, mild masala
- 300 g beef cubed in small pieces
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Knorrox garlic & herb powder
- (3 tbsp) 45 ml whole crushed peppercorn
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) salt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fine pepper, to taste
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

Heat pan, add beef cubes and cook until water is finished

Add oil and chopped garlic and Rajah curry powder and sauté until it’s all mixed well

Add cubed potatoes, mix well for 2 minutes, and add 500ml water

Cook until meat is soft, and potatoes are al dente. Add more water if needed to ensure the meat and potatoes are cooked to your liking.

Add peppers and cook for 10min and add Knorrox garlic and herb powder.

Simmer for 5minutes, add salt and pepper to taste and add chopped parsley.
